A caring and supportive primary setting in Lincoln is looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support to a pupil.

In this role, you will build a strong, positive relationship with the pupil, helping them to access learning, stay engaged, and develop confidence both academically and socially. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEND team to follow tailored support plans and adapt activities to meet the pupil’s needs.
