1:1 Teaching Assistant Position- Esher area – immediate start/September

Milk education seeking to appoint caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil needing nurturing and developing. This role is to start now and continue the next academic year


This rewarding role will involve providing personalised support to the named child throughout their time at the school. 


In addition to providing one-to-one support, the successful candidates will also work collaboratively with staff to ensure every child can thrive both academically and emotionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for the named pupil across the curriculum

  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans
