We are supporting a friendly, close‑knit one‑form entry primary school in Lancing in their search for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with additional needs.

This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys building meaningful, consistent relationships with children and making a difference through calm, patient, and personalised support.

About the Role

You will work 1:1 with a Year 4 pupil , supporting them throughout the school day to help them engage with learning, manage emotions, and feel confident within the classroom.
