Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide 1:1 support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN), supporting them with their learning, social, and emotional development.




  • Assist the student in understanding and engaging with lesson content, ensuring they can follow and participate in classroom activities.




  • Help the student complete classwork and other academic tasks, offering tailored assistance in a way that suits their learning style.




  • Support the student’s emotional well-being by offering encouragement, building confidence, and fostering positive relationships.




  • Adapt learning materials and teaching resources where necessary, to ensure the student’s needs are met.
