Job Description

New Directions is seeking compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. In this role, you will provide structured support to help children thrive academically and emotionally.

Your responsibilities include implementing individual behaviour plans, encouraging independence, and working closely with teachers and parents. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
