1:1 Learning Support Assistant - Calm, Inclusive Primary

Five Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil facing communication challenges in Plymouth. This role requires building a trusting relationship with the pupil to foster engagement and self-esteem.

Responsibilities include tailored support throughout the school day, close collaboration with class teachers, and ongoing monitoring of progress. Candidates must have experience with children with additional needs and a commitment to inclusion.

This temporary role starts ASAP and runs until July, resuming in September.
