We’re working with a welcoming and well-supported SEND school that’s looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil who needs consistency, patience, and someone who really gets them. You’ll be part of a team that truly values support staff and knows the huge impact you make every single day.
What you’ll be doing
Providing 1:1 support that helps the pupil feel settled, safe, and ready to learn
Working closely with the SENCO and therapists to follow personalised strategies
Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and engagement
Helping create routines and activities that build confidence
