1 Year Contract Customer Service Assistant - 5.5 days - Novena / Orchard / Botanic Garden
Location: Multiple locations
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours: 5.5 days working hours
Responsibilities- Receive physical samples at the counter or delivery point, ensuring proper labelling and adherence to chain‑of‑custody requirements.
- Check accompanying forms for completeness and accuracy before acceptance.
- Enter sample details into the tracking system and assign appropriate codes or barcodes.
- Ensure samples are stored or transferred according to temperature, safety, and handling protocols.
- Communicate promptly with relevant departments for urgent or priority samples.
- Possess at least a Nitec in any field.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
