1 Year Contract Customer Service Assistant - 5.5 days - Novena / Orchard / Botanic Garden

Location: Multiple locations

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: 5.5 days working hours

Responsibilities
  • Receive physical samples at the counter or delivery point, ensuring proper labelling and adherence to chain‑of‑custody requirements.
  • Check accompanying forms for completeness and accuracy before acceptance.
  • Enter sample details into the tracking system and assign appropriate codes or barcodes.
  • Ensure samples are stored or transferred according to temperature, safety, and handling protocols.
  • Communicate promptly with relevant departments for urgent or priority samples.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Nitec in any field.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
