1:1 Teaching Assistant - Rushden
September Start | Up to £105 per day (PAYE)
We're looking for a caring and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Rushden from September.
This is a rewarding role supporting a pupil on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence and make the most of their time in school. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who is patient, adaptable and happy to get involved in all aspects of school life.
The role:
Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Encouraging engagement, independence and positive behaviour
Supporting learning both in and out of the classroom
Building a positive relationship with the pupil and their family where appropriateWe're looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children, ideally in a school or support setting
Is calm, patient and approachable
