Job Description

Role: Customer Support Officer (Morning / Night Shift)

  • Singapore Based (Kaki Bukit)

  • Rotating Shift (Morning: 7am-4pm or Afternoon: 1:30pm-10:30pm), off 2 days per week or Permanent Night Shift (10pm-7am), off 2 days per week (Night shift allowances $10 per night shift)

  • On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm).

  • $2200 - $2500 based on experience

  • Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent + Applicants with call center or customer service experience will have an added advantage.

  • Must be willing to work on shift schedules
