Job Description
Contracts Manager (Construction / Up to $10k)
- Singapore Based (Changi)
- Project contract based (Estimated complete in 2027)
- 5.5 Days work per week (8.am to 5pm, alternate Saturday full days)
- Salary: $8000 to $10000 (depends on experience)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field. + Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry. + Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.
