The Human Resources Director has an integral role in the growth plan of Alta Resources in the Philippines. This position serves as a strategic business partner for the Philippine office in conjunction with the US Alta Resources locations and global HR functions. The incumbent is responsible for directing HR activities related to corporate standardization and implementation of company Human Resources policies, processes, programs and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, organizational development, legal compliance, employee benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, employment practices and procedures, and employee communications.
